A branch member has been successful in winning this Millennium Award for 2003 for the benefit of branch members. The project comprises of weekly exercise sessions with a qualified physiotherapist using specialised equipment at the physiotherapy department at Uckfield Community Hospital. Time is from 5pm to 6pm every Wednesday. Sessions also held every Thursday 5-6pm at Crowborough War Memorial Hospital A complete package has now been set up to provide transport to and from Uckfield Community Hospital where we can exercise in a practical and safe environment to help with balance and keep our joints mobile.
