Physiotherapy

Sessions take place every Wednesday evening from 5pm to 6pm in The Physiotherapy Room at Uckfield Community Hospital, and every Thursday evening from 5pm to 6pm in The Physiotherapy Room at Crowborough War Memorial Hospital.
These sessions are not a cure but will give physical benefits by helping to keep muscles working, improve balance etc and give the opportunity to share problems with others with Multiple Sclerosis whilst exercising in a practical and safe environment.
Anyone wishing to join us will be very welcome. There is no need to commit to any regularity.
